Collaboration: Tractor and Engine Club

A collaboration which started in 2002 between a local club of enthusiasts ‘Motorkameratene’ (friends of engines), interested in old tractors and engines and the open air museum Sverresborg, has resulted in an annual event Old Tractor’s Day, introducing new audiences to the museum, creating new activities in the events calendar and providing expertise in helping with collections care and management which would otherwise have been unavailable to the curatorial staff.
